VERBAL AGREEMENT REACHED “Medical Scheduled” -Celtic set to unveil “unbelievable” new signing right after Bernardo bombshell- DONE DEAL.

Celtic and Wolves are in discussions over the possibility of a loan move for left-back Hugo Bueno, according to BBC Sport.

Earlier this year, Celtic showed interest in signing the Spanish Under-21 international, but a deal could not be reached and Bueno stayed at Molineux for the rest of the season.

Despite this, Celtic is now making a new attempt to secure Bueno, who is keen for more playing time as he currently sits behind Rayan Ait-Nouri in the pecking order.

Negotiations are ongoing for a season-long loan for the 21-year-old, but as of now, no agreement has been made.

Bueno, who has played 49 games for Wolves since joining their academy in 2019, is currently on tour with the first team in the United States.

With Celtic’s recent successes in the Scottish Premiership and Scottish Cup, they are looking to boost their squad for the upcoming season, especially to strengthen their Champions League aspirations.

If Bueno does join, he would be in competition with Greg Taylor for the left-back position under manager Brendan Rodgers.

Besides Bueno, Celtic has also made transfers in the market, including Kasper Schmeichel as their new goalkeeper and Viljami Sinisalo as backup. More signings are expected, with players like Adam Idah and Paulo Bernardo being considered.

Celtic is also eyeing Dara O’Shea and Michel-Ange Balikwisha as potential targets, but their arrival may hinge on the future of Matt O’Riley, who is attracting interest from clubs like Atalanta and Southampton.
