Largie Ramazani’s Leeds United career appears to be approaching its conclusion after fresh reports revealed the Belgian winger has formally asked to leave Elland Road before the summer transfer window closes.
After spending the past two seasons struggling to establish himself under Daniel Farke, Ramazani is now reportedly determined to secure a permanent move away from Yorkshire, with Spanish side Valencia emerging as the clear frontrunners for his signature.
The latest development represents a significant turning point in Leeds’ summer rebuild, with the club now expected to accelerate negotiations as they continue reshaping the squad ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
Ramazani arrived at Leeds with high expectations after impressing with his pace, dribbling ability and attacking flair. Many supporters believed he possessed the qualities needed to become a regular starter and an exciting attacking weapon.
However, those expectations never translated into consistent opportunities.
Since Daniel Farke took charge, the Belgian international has found first-team football increasingly difficult to come by. Despite occasional flashes of quality, he has slipped further down the pecking order as Leeds strengthened other areas of the squad and developed a more settled attacking system.

Even more telling, the winger has reportedly spoken with former teammates about his ambition to return to Valencia, where he enjoyed a successful loan spell last season.
That loan appears to have transformed his outlook.
Under Valencia manager Carlos Corberán, Ramazani rediscovered the confidence and rhythm that had largely disappeared during his time at Leeds. Regular minutes allowed him to showcase his pace, direct running and creativity, helping rebuild both his reputation and market value.
It is no surprise that Valencia are now eager to make the move permanent.
However, completing the transfer may not be straightforward.
While both the player and Valencia are keen on a reunion, negotiations between the two clubs remain ongoing due to differences in valuation. Leeds are prepared to sanction the sale, but only if their asking price is met.
