Manchester United legend Roy Keane has officially put an end to his war of words with Aston Villa captain John McGinn, delivering an emphatic U-turn after facing severe backlash from football fans earlier this month.
Speaking on The Overlap, the outspoken ITV pundit previously sparked fury across the midlands by claiming that when the Scottish midfielder is off his game, he looks shockingly like a “pub player.”
However, ahead of Scotland’s recent FIFA World Cup matches, Keane dramatically shifted his tone to reveal the immense behind-the-scenes respect he harbors for the Villa icon.
